and now i weigh 0.8 kg more than i did a week ago even though i created enough of a caloric deficit to lose almost a kilogram! i know why though, water retention caused by hormonal changes. seriously, fuck the female reproductive system, it accomplishes literally nothing positive.

i won't give in though, i'll still only weigh myself once a week.
